3300 software installation error.

Hi Guys,

Did anybody experienced such below error. This happen towards the end of 3300 ICP software installation. version was 8.0.2.6 ( CXI 3300 ICP.

Please I need help on this.

Sounds like something got screwed.
Try to do manual full install.

tAppStartup is the main task that starts the whole system so it's hard to tell. Machine checks are never good.

The better information would have happened right before those logs, but even then it's not something you can easily figure out without access to the system. Best option is to try to do a full install as slapin suggested.

yea, if you dont know how to do the manual install, download the tech handbook and do a find for boot_install

that should take you right where you need to go

Is this before or after restoring the database? There was a bug in the early 8.0 releases relating to memory allocation. Basically, tasks were starting in the incorrect order, and if you had an exceptionally large database some tasks didn't have enough memory to start up. The last 8.0 UR3 patch release fixed this.
