Hi bearvalley,
I can only assume that it would use the normal MiNet signalling and voice protocol ports.
I don't know them off hand, but they are listed in the engineering guidelines and the tech handbook.

My problem turned out to be the service provider and not a blocked port.
FYI these are the Minet ports you mentioned:
IP Trunk (unsecured) 1066
IP Trunk (SSL) 1067
Set to ICP (Unsecured) 6800
Set to ICP (SSL) 6801
Set to ICP (Secure Minet) 6802
IP Sets TCP 6900
IP Sets - Voice B1/B2, Rx RTP/UDP 9000/9002
IP Sets - Voice B1/B2, Tx RTP/UDP 9000/9002
