Experiencing a weird fault with last number redial button and system speed dial thru SIP trnking to a local provider.
We can dial perfectly thru the provider to any destination, but when the last number redial is pressed or abbrev system speed dial feature is utilised, one call in say 5 will be successful. The remainder fail, giving an "out of service" message on IP phones. Problem occurs on all IP handsets installed and console (including scratch pad)
I suspect it has something to do will call setup timing / interaction and/or enbloc dialing deliver to provider. I have fiddled with overlap dialling in route form, tried entering pauses within system speed entries but to no avail. I suspect will need to review the SIP peer profile settings with with SP.
Any ideas??
Also is there an equivilent CCS trace facility on 3300 for SIP trunk monitor?
