3300 resiliency with ops

Hello guys,
I have an ops manager to configure (and Enterprise Manager) with resiliency. I have 3 systems (3300):
- one is the gateway
- one is the main controler
- one is the secondary controler (for resiliency)

The only thing i have now is the configuration in all 3300 and i have my network elements in opsman (but i didn't do a sync. should i do it?). I have 5 resilients phones witch configured in both systems.
My questions are:
1) To configure opsman resiliency, should I do a full collect?
I don't want to lose all my config in 3300 because of opsman.

2) Can i use the configuration i have in my 3300 and put it in opsmanager?

3) What should i do now to configure opsman? I know i have to configure opsman resiliency policy, but before i do a propagate, what i have to do to not overwrite the config in 3300.

Have you been to opsman or enterprise mgr training? Configuring a resilient cluster is not something I would want to try and walk someone through doing via an exchange of messages. If you arent sure about what and how then have mitel set it up and configure it for you the first time then you take it from there. They have a separate professional services group called the SSC (Service Solutions Center) that specialize in exactly this sort of thing. Costs $120/hr plus actual travel, hotel and meal expenses for one on site tech. We used them for an opsman job a few years ago before we had a chance to sent anyone to school. The guy flew in and left the same day, even let us watch and take notes to give some basic training.

Concerning the opsman course, i'm currently on the list for the next one.
I worked with opsman before, but never with resiliency, and not much with enterprise manager neither. I didn't know it was so hard working with resiliency, but you say it is and i checked 3300 resiliency in mitel edocs and it's a 233 pages document.

The worst thing is that those systems are already in service so i can't make mistakes

Only my opinion from past experiences at Mitel training centers... you probably want to avoid going to Lyndhurst, NJ. The 2 people I know have been there plus my own exp, the network lab there was always a "Cluster-F***" and I felt the trainer was marginally qualified. He also had lots of interruptions during the class, things going on in his personal life, etc. Go anywhere but Lyndhurst
