Hi everyone, is there other way to forward recorded conversation to email like voicemail. Any idea is highly appreciated.

Are you saying you can't do it, or are you saying your looking for a different way to do it?

Can't say I've tried on a 3300 but I know it's possible on the 200. Reasonable to assume it's possible on the 3300.

Yeah the recorded calls should transfer to email exactly the same as the voicemail. The recorded calls go into the users mailbox the same as voicemail, although doesn;t light the MWI

As they go in, if you have forward always to email set in the VMS Box config it will send it

Don;t fforget to put the IP address of your exchange server in the Systems Options form,

I just remembered one of my customers that uses a 3300 for this. The transfer is automatic and works without issues.

thanks guys for your replies, unfortunately only voicemail is able to forward to email..any ideas?

I'll test it tomarrow but RAC leaves the recorded call as a new voicemail message and should be treated the same as any ither message except for message waiting.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

are you using the embedded voicemail for voicemail & recording calls or another application?

This works perfectly, We have done it - even managed to edit sending email address.

How long is your recording, it may be exceeding the maximum attachment size allowed by the exchange server

thanks guys...yes im using embedded voicemail but since all of you have done it, i think i'll check the configuration again maybe i just overlooked at it..again thanks all of you.

Just to be clear, you've only asked about forwarding Recorded Calls. Is your issue more global? Can you forward any messages? I am starting to suspect you've asked the wrong question.
