3300 MXe using Mediatrix 4124 SIP to analog problem

I have a mediatrix 4124 connected to a 3300MXe. The unit runs for approximately 24 hours and then locks up. A reboot keeps it going for another 24 hours.

I am trying to upgrade the firmware on the Mediatrix but it keeps failing. I am using the same TFTP server and settings used to upgrade the last time but it keeps failing. I didn't see this issue in any documentation (Mitel or Mediatrix) any suggestions?
