3300 mx dsu changing cards

I have changed a card in a dsu cabinet. The old card is deleted and in configuration I have added the "universal t-1
card.
This new card shows "programmed" but "not installed"? The lights on the face of this PRI card are flashing.
How do I make it recognize this card where it shows as "installed"?

You need to program a suitable link descriptor, apply it to that PLID in the "digital link assignment" form and then program some trunks against it before the system will see the card as being installed.

Are you sure you deleted it as to have done so would have taken quite a lot of deprogramming of trunks and ARS
