3300 Music on Hold not working 1

Hi guys,


I can't get the embedded music on hold working with my 3300.

I've uploaded a wav file 8khz ulaw; no complain by the controller.

I've set up the music on hold during transfer CoS in my public trunk.

System option music on hold is set yes
System access point music set to embedded.

I have set up an ACD path using that music but no joy.

Any ideas ?

you could try a music key on a handset
set the cos of the phone to allow music
set a key on the phone to music
press the key (key lit) if music then music source is OK if no music then there is an issue with the WAV file

You were right there was an issue with the wav file. Instead of trying the file/proprieties convert in the windows recorder, I simply save the file changing the format ( and selecting ulaw 8khz 8bit mono) but that does not perform the conversion.

Now it works fine.

However it seems the memory space used by the MoHs is not right. Even if I delete all of them it doesn't clear all the memory

Any idea where the files are stored ?

Hmm I found it.

Music on hold file stored under (ftp) /db/eMoH/

I deleted some files and now free memory back at full.
