3300 Multi Layer Auto Attendant

3300 with embedded VM.
Long shot I know but we have set up the AA for a customer which all works fine apart from the fact that when you press the option you require the AA recorded message says "Transferring you to extension xxx", the customer would rather the caller did not know what the extension number for the different departments are.
Any way of silencing this?

Are you using a menu node mailbox or 1 digit mailboxes/front end greeting to create the auto-att?

If you use a menu node mailbox and give the transer mailbox a name, for example 'accounts', when the option for accounts is pressed it will say 'you are being transfered to accounts'

Wonderful, as it was a transfer box I never bothered to initialize the mailbox.
Customer should be happy now.
