Please help with following series of Questions.
I have created a VM HG 499 and use it directly as non-dial in Answer point for incoming Analogue calls. I recorded in this HG the primary Greetings with menu options , press 1 , 2 as menu mode. Now if I press 1 for example I want the number in Menu Options in the MLAA say 2001 to also deliver recordings as sub-Menu to the original level.
Q1. When it says record on the mbox for the submenu , does it mean mbox 1 i.e dialling the VM pilot and enter figure 1 as mbox or the number in the Menu Options say 2001 instead.
Q2. If it is 2001 , then should I firstly create it as a mbox in Level 1 thus: mbox:2001 , number:2001, type extension before using it in the Menu Options
Q3. If I use more of the Menu Options as VM then wouldn't this eat up my licenses
Q4: if yes then could I create these Menu Options say 2001 for example as phantom extension or group
