3300 MCD and embedded mail prompt removal 1

I have a 3300 MCD release 5 with the embedded mail. I have a menu node and when say 1 or 2, when either is pressed as an example the system prompt "you are being transferred to etc." is presented to the caller. My question is can that system prompt be deleted and not played at all. I know in the release notes it talks about non busy and busy greetings that can be changed but am not aware of this prompt being affected.
Possibly there is another solution, my scenario is I am coming into a menu node and if you press 1 you go to an english queue and if you press 2 you go to a french queue but at that point I can't have the above prompt be in english, has to be french when 2 is selected. I believe Intelligent Queue will help me but am waiting for pricing on this option.
If I have missed any pertinent info let me know.

For speed and control you can set up a phantom ACD queue with a RAD and dial out of queue options.

Same options for 1 and 2 but transfer is immediate without prompts

this is great and looks like it will work for me. I set up an agent group and did not log them in but then I get path out of service. I am not sure of the other settings in the phantom ACD path.

I searched for this and found that I should have the phantom group allow callers to queue with no agents logged in, I will try this, should have done the search before, know better next time.

as kwb says acd path will do, and as he says it won't say "you are being transfer to..."

Another good point is, you don't need voicemail licenses
