We have just upgraded an SX2000 system to a 3300 at a large hotel. Reservations dept. has 3 paths chosen off the auto attendant. Those work OK but what is reported shows all calls going to the first path.
Path numbers are 112, 113 and 114. The SMDR shows only P112 for any call. Is there something I am missing in programming? All paths set for real time events.

If SMDR is reporting P112 then I would trust that far more than my programming.

Have you tried manually transfering to a path or are you relying on the IVR to test?

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Did you migrate the SX2000 database or have you reprogrammed the 3300? Stupid question but you didn't by any chance put in the same path reporting number in each of the paths did you? i.e 112. What are you using for the path reporting? Do you have internal SMDR on so that you could call the paths directly as see if each path generates the correct SMDR?

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.
