3300 MCD 5 - One Extension - Multiple Voice Mial Boxes

We use Embedded mail.

We have two people sharing an office and telephone (SuperSet 4025) on a two week in / two week out rotation. Their job functions are completely different and they want separate voice mail boxes. Can I set up their extension so that when a caller reaches voice mail, the caller will be asked to select which person to leave the voice mail for (Menu Mailbox)? Something like "You have reached the voice mail of Bob and Suzie. To leave voice mail for Bob, press 1. To leave voice mail for Suzie, press 2."

It would be preferrable to have a separate key to flash Message Waiting Indicator on their phone for the second line.

Yes it can be done but their might be simpler methods.

Do both require the same DN?

Personally, I would ignore the Prime dn, program Multicall keys for each with separate DN's, route said DN to their individual MB's and have a MWI key for each assoc with the multicall.

Hotdesking would be a good second choice.
