Hie to you all.
Have noticed that each time I programmed Analog lines/ stations on the above it shows an ALARM immediately for a %age of the lines not being available but all the lines will be working perfectly.
How then do I make it to clear this alarm?

I would have to assume that you have somehow programmed the ASU incorrectly.

What type of controller?
What Type of ASU?

Another thought - When you initially setup this system, did you happen to restore a database from a different controller type? If so, I may have some very bad news for you.

Wrong ASU type programmed?

(From memory) in the form there are two entries, 'Installed' and 'Programmed'. Make sure they match.

Also there is embedded and extended on the onboard analogue board I have seen these programmed and working but throwing alarms

Using Mxe II controller with ASU IIs having 24 ONS card types.Im of the view that if there is a programming mismatch on the drop down the system will prompt you & decline.<referring to IrwinMFletcher>
Have programmed many ASUIIs before on earlier release & have done the same way on the MCD 4.2.
<kwbMitel- no database restored, programmed entirely new>give me the bad news + solutions if any.
Went through my programming again with the above views in mind & cant seem to see my error.
More advice welcome.

ASU-II's limit the possibilities somewhat. Programming from scratch more so. Prior successful experience makes this a guessing game.

Can you give up more specifics on the alarm?

Show Faults Alarm for e.g.

pea123, I was thinking along the same lines as kwb. If you had restored a db with an old asu type programmed, I'm not sure if it would complain/reject if you replaced it with another asu type.
