I have a small 3300 Ver. 9 with MIcollab /Nupoint that the customer would like to toggle Night Service on and off from the reception phone(s). Looking to just forward one number (Customers main number) coming in on the PRI. It would go to a simple General mailbox. In Day mode it is to be answered by an AA...Having issues getting that to work ! I CAN get it to work, but then it forwards ALL trunks to the mailbox and I can't do that because I have a couple other DIDs coming thru the PRI that I want to target to other extensions. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!

how are you routing incoming calls ?
absorb and match ext
DID routing
absorb and match speedcall

What is teh main number currently assigned as?

if its a multicall on a phone then i would suggest making the main number a trusted extension ( user with no license)
you can then set Rerouting on that to send calls to another location

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Not sure if trusted was in you version, but sending to a phantom however programmed allow better manipulation
