Hi,

I'm not sure how to ask my question properly.

I was asked to get the number of calls that come into our main number after hours.

The reason is for setting up an answering service.

We are checking different vendors and comparing the rates - most charge per call and/or length of time I think....

Any ideas how I can get any info from the 3300 for all calls coming into our number?

What form would I look at to check how the main number would be listed in the logs?

Do I need to change any logging - I think we have SMDR -External setup already among other logging features.

TIA!

the 3300 will buffer up to 20,000 call records if the SMDR is enabled and nothing captures it.

Use a program that can capture on screen data and open a Telnet session to IP Addr (3300RTC) and port 1752.

I use Procomm.

From there I use excel to open the file and manually designate the separators.

Then you can sort and count to your hearts content.

The help files will assist in understanding the fields.

Hi KwbMitel,

Thanks for the quick response!
I'll try your suggestions and see what I can figure out.
Hopefully I won't have further questions.
Much appreciated!
