Apologies If this has been asked before. I've installed loads of 3300's using the fantastic import spreadsheet but have never been able to get pick up group members to work - always says "invalid group ID". Has anyone out there had the same response or is it just me?

Create a false entry, export, see how it appears in the spreadsheet, correct and enter other information accordingly and import and see how that goes.

Thanks mrdelite29,

Great idea.

One of the input parameters is Group GUID, which is basically the pick up group number. This is the exported GUID reference for pick up group 31 - 89134080.

No wonder I can't get the bugger to work!!

I never use the spreadsheet that comes with the software.

I always Export, Edit, then Import.

This avoids many issues.
