3300 ICP ESM

I have an old 3300 ICP rel9 and using laptop windows 7 pro and IE9. I logged onto the ESM ok and got the dropdowns i,e sys admin, sys config and maint & Dignos but whenever I click either of these there is no sub menu. I tried both IE and Firefox. Any help please. BTW am using a 64bit proc laptop . Thanks

Last time this happened to me a restart of the 3300 cured it. Any errors showing in logs?

Make sure you're using the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.

What may also work is using the developer menu, in IE by pressing F12 you can choose the browser mode from IE7 to IE9. You do have to be fast because you need to change the tab or window that opens when selecting the "System Administration Tool

Any option that we give is susceptible of not working well, depending on the menu or sub-menu that you use. For me, best option is:

F12/Emulation/Document mode and user agent string (i´m not sure real name for this option in english version) wiht IE7 selected, but is possible that some menus don´t work fine

It's better to use Firefox or chrome with IE tab plugin.
