3300 - FEC Compatible ??

Hello.
I've recently turned on teaming on a few of our Compaq cluster servers, and it seems to screw up HP JetDirect printing?
Is this the same problem you've had? I had to turn off all load-balancing and teaming to return our network to normal where all users could print again.
This is unfortunate as I was really looking forward to the performance increase that the multiple NIC's would bring.
3COM 3300 at the end points with a Cisco 3548 at the core.
