3300 Embedded voicemail admin password reset

We use the 6510 exclusively for our voicemail. However, we have a few RAD greetings setup in the 3300's embedded voicemail. Since these do not change frequently, no one can remember the password to get into the admin mailbox. Our PBX vendor suggested calling Mitel support, though it will be a billable call. If anyone knows a quick trick for resetting the password on the admin box, we would greatly appreciate it...it would save us a (potentially high) support bill.

the software version might matter but I dont know.

I seem to remember finding a backdoor password accidently that involved the corner numbers on the dialpad.

1379, 1397, 1739, 1793, 1937, 1973 etc you get the idea.

There are only 24 combinations and I'm sure one of them worked for me. I tested it on another system to make sure it wasnt a fluke and it worked there as well so if 2 sites are enough to judge by ...

Thanks for the reply. As it turns out, I spent some more time digging through more documentation and ended up finding the password. The next step is to have it tattooed on the inside of our sysadmin's eyelids...
