I have a customer that tells me a users mailbox is telling callers that they have called after hours and that they will be transfered to the attendant.
I cannot test by putting the system in night service as this site has a very active call center.
Has anyone come across this at Rel 8.0.
I am assuming this is a user activated feature but the User Docs do not mention it (the online docs are R7 though)
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Occam's Razor - All things being equal, the simplest solution is the right one.
