3300 E1 combo card Alarm

What does " Blue" alarm on the T1/E1 combo means. You get this when both Status and Alarm LEDs are solid Green and Yellow. Where do I look when alarm shows
 
Normally a blue alarm is a fault in the circuit upstream from your equipment. Most cases caused by the carrier. If the carrier says no problems then try a system reboot. I have seen a system retain the blue alarm even after the carrier has fixed the problem and had to reboot the system to clear the alarm.
