I did a search and couldn't find anything on here. Maybe I missed it - if I did, I apologize.
So here in Ontario (Windsor) we must dial the area code even for local calls. The issue here is that we need to dial 1 for long distance, but not for local calls. Is there a way to have the 3300 dial a 1 for all calls not in a specific area code?
Additionally, if we receive a call from someone that is long distance, the 1 is not passed to the user. This makes it so the user cannot call the number back from the call history. If the 3300 can't dial a 1 for calls not in an area code, is there at least a way for Mitel to not strip the 1 (which is the country code) on the incoming CLID?
