3300 Delay ring on remote element

I have an IT help desk number that I want to ring on 2 elements in a Cluster. I have set up the DSS keys to allow ringing no problem. The issue comes in with delay ringing. You cannot assign delay ringing to a DSS key. As far as I have been told the only way to ring a key on a remote element is to use a DSS key. I need delay ringing.

Anyone?
