We are installing a 3300 cxi with ver 10 software
there will be a few ACD agents and using the embedded vmail/rad's for greetings.
What is available for reporting options like wait times, dropped calls, etc?
Can it be printed or sent through IP as a text file etc?
I haven't found much in the docs about this.
