3300 controller

I've got a 3300 controller, unsure of software level and when it boots it goes so far then stops. The box can be pinged, but cannot open a web page to it. when i connect to the maintenance port i get the following:

The system then stops booting any further, can anyone throw any light on this?

Is this a new box? Was it ever running?

What type of chassis is it?

Hi,

The "IPServicesdb.tar" is saved when you make a back-up; But you don't need it to reload...
I'm not sure of what it does.

Can you ftp your ICP ?

I can ftp top it, but directory looks empty. there are somes file there but all say 0kb.

It was bought 2nd hand and was sold as a working system, but no proof.
