i have found that when a call rings to a multicall it displays the CLI but when it reroutes always in night2 to another multicall it does NOT display the CLI until the call is answered.

Has anyone found a work around for this as my customer is not happy?

check you cos for night 2, is this the same. then check to see if you have set all the ANI display options. should be a problem I would think.

All extension are in the same cos for day and night.

Is it also a key appearance on the night2 answer point? If so try taking the key app away and just let it rollover to the prime (without a companion key appearance on the 2nd superset)

Have left site now. Mitel said it can't be done as CLI will only appear on the original destination and not on reroutes.

I will experiment more when i get the chance and let you all know unless you beat me to it!

Cheers

Instead of using "Reroute Always" try Reroute on No Answ after 2 rings. Let the 3rd ring present to the final answer point. If you're concerned about the first answer point ringing audibly then build a class of service with a 10-second "delay ring" timer and make the 1st answer point a delay ring. The calling party will hear the 1st 2 rings but no one else will. Sometimes necessity is the mother of invention.
