HI all,

How do I clear an alarm?
We are pretty sure it was caused by a shutdown of our T1 circuit due to testing by AT&T.

I checked the help and I think dtstat clear" is used but I am still unsure how to use it to clear my alarms and make sure I am using the command correctly & clearing properly!

Thaks for any help.

yes the DTSTAT Clear should do it.

The Help Files will clarify syntax

you need to know the PLID of the Digital Link generating the alarm. The Digital Links form will provide.

Don't be concerned with clearing for both links as all your trunks are up.
