We have a Customer with an LX Controller running Level 8/3 and have changed the T1/E1 Card, and now the complete system. BT have changed the Line Card in the exchange over the weekend and we had to replace the dsp card as the system kept rebooting since the BT work.
Intermittently all calls on the system drop, the phones stay up, the system shows no alarms, but we have loads of SWERR entries in the logs.
Anyone have any idea where we should go from here?
