I'm pretty sure this is a network issue, and if so I have no access to the network details. Here goes.

I get connected to the customer network and I am able to ping the 3300 controller however when I try to connect with Explorer it fails. I was connected to this controller a few months ago without any problem.

Here's where it gets interesting and leads me to network issues. This system has 18 controllers all working together. From this connection point I am able to log into a couple of the other controllers, specifically the master controller, but most I cannot get to.

Are there any common things on the controller that might cause this kind of behaviour? Is it more likely to be a network issue that's blocking me out?

Sorry I couldn't provide more details.

Yeah, I'm going to be doing that along with a few other things next time I'm on site.

I forgot about this thread for a while but I just wanted to update it. When I finally got back on site everything was magically working again. Their IT guys still say nothing on their network would have either caused or fixed the issue. Hmmmmm...
