3300 AX VM Flash doesn't work

Dear All;
i've upgrade 3300 AX controller from 256MB Ram to 512MB Ram and the flash card from 1G to 2G, and upgrade the software to Rls 4.0.
then the customer required the VM otipn when i install the 4G Flash card for the voice mail the system can't load,
i've check the terminal it's showen;
can't formated disk

N.B the 3300 AX Software is 4.0
the VM Flash card Software is 8.0.7.16

make sure you flash card is formatted as FAT32

yes, but this will wipe the card out. hope you saved the software.

Did you do a FULL install? or an upgrade? As you should do a FULL install if upgrading to version MCD 4.0 and upwards.
This will then format your Flash Card to the proper patitions etc

still not working
and the main 2G flash the system reformat it as FAT.
and give me on the HT
that dvice unformated
because of The 4g Flash

Although I don't have the definitive 'How To', I can add that you need to remember that vmail is it's own partition (as is the db), and that most pc card readers will only read the first partition of a flash card.

There must be a doc on this, you might want to check the SX200ICP docs as they were the first to use the flash cards.
