I have a 3300 running 7.0 I think and customer has two loop starts from cable tv / internet provider on back of cable modem , anyhow issue seems some calls work ok and some do not, on calls that are issues I can put number in call forward and it seems to work ok, but dial it from ip phone and seems to have issues or call fails. Not sure were to go from here. Cable co sent tech out and tested from modem with test set tested ok,

I would add a dummy wait for tone for them in modified digits, assuming this is an outbound issue. I usually setup <T01> to wait 1 second before dialing out on pots lines

Yup, you need to wait for dial tone when dialling out on analog trunks

Ok it was a router issue it was the customer router causing issues.

Got me guessing as a speed dial worked but direct didn't. A router issue?
