3300 and Call Waiting with NA divert

Guys,

I cannot for the life of me get this to work.

Incoming Call to x2000. This has a reroute on no answer to voicemail. When you ring the external number after 15 seconds it diverts to voicemail. If im on the phone i get call waiting in the display and press Trade/Swap to get the call. This is all fine BUT if i dont want to take the second call it needs to go to voicemail after 15 seconds. I have played around with COS on trunks/extensions with no luck.

Has anyone else done this?

It will not go on NA if you are busy.

I tried to find a way to do this.

I was hoping that was not the case.

There is a cos option called Call Forward Delay, this looks like the solution but does nothing!

On avaya the work around is pressing the send all calls key, shame we cant do that?

Mitel only checks the forward and condition once. They have made some recent enhancements in this area at rel 8.0 UR1

Called Party Features Override – allows calls from an extension to override any call redirection features, such as call forwarding that are enabled on the destination extension. The primary purpose of this feature is to allow NuPoint Messenger IP Call Director to maintain control of programmed call flows. The default setting is No.

Don't think this will help you though.
