3300 & PRI

Hi All,
I have this strange issue on a PRI and it is a intermittenting problem. We can make calls over our PRI but every so often we can't received calls. When a customer call our main number it will ring once and goes fast busy. The only solution I have found so far to address this problem is reboot the system.

We have had the CO change all their equipment and the problem still exist. I had the CO monitor the call as it hits the PRI they said the call it getting to the PBX However' The PBX is rejecting the call.

Any help would be appreciated

STATE <PLID>

and also, what do you get from CCS Trace Command?

Which T1 interface are you using to connect the PRI to the 3300? Single T1, Dual T1, redundant T1, or NSU?
