3300 admin performance

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions regarding performance of the 3300 http admin? Some of our sites respond well, others take several minutes to paint the screen, load the form, etc. All sites are connected via same size pipe, but have been installed from different vendors (all over US).\

Firewalls are well admin'd here, the DMZ and the routes for port 80 traffic at the edge and internal.

It really depends on the load of CPU. Compare performance during the business hours and after. Feel the difference.
