How can i set voicemail message notification for an ACD path when on unavailable?
(call integrates with the path pilot number always)
Using embedded VM.

you need to terminate to a Phantom local before the Path and then reroute the phantom to the path. When VM Integration occurs due to Path Unavail or Night it will integrate with the First Called Stn (phantom). You can then set a MSG Not key against the Phantom local.

The phantom can just be a Single line key programmed on any set in the system. I typically add a phantom PKM to a set so I can add Phantoms that do not appear on the set.

I use this for Hunt groups and totally forgot that i could apply the same logic to Paths
