3300 Access Denied on Redial

Ended up solving the issue with Mitel.
Known issue.
On redial calls are being assigned COR 1 instead of the actual COR of the phone.
COR 1 in my case had ARS maximum digit dialed 4. I use COR 1 for Emergency.
When redialing a local, national, cell etc it failed as a consequence of the Maximum ARS digits limit of 4.
Changed the Maximum ARS digits to Unlimited and redial works fine.
Mitel still doesn't has a solution for this bug, hence the workaround.
