3300 9.0.2.18 Bug list

Morning all,

I'm beginning to spend more and more of my time trying to resolve issues I believe have been patched in higher releases of the 3300 software.

Our estate is 3300's on 9.0.2.18 and I want to go to UR3/MCD4 after an EntMan & Opsman upgrade.

Is there a list of all known bugs for this release of software so I can go though and say to folks, look I'm not spending anymore time troubleshooting this until we upgrade.

Some of the issues I'm beginning to see are:
ACD issues - random calls going to extensions that aren't even ACD agents/devices
ACD - calls ringing to agents phones and not ringing back to the queue when agent is away from their desk.
MOH - even though it's set to the correct bit rates etc. plays at double the speed it should!

I've got a tonne more that need looking at, but just know from past experiences that a good ol' upgrade resolves all (and puts a couple more in!).
 
have you check the KPI (known Product Issue) list?
I don't think I've seen any of those on there although haven't looked at it in a while...
 
Mitel's KPI list only lists Known issues that have been resolved.

They do not advertise issues that have no known resolution.

Occam's Razor - All things being equal, the simplest solution is the right one.
 
For the MOH, try ftping the file back onto a pc and play it back, if it plays back at twice the speed it's most likely an encoding thing. If if plays back choppy, it could be the streaming.
