I would like to see how many incoming calls we have at any given moment.
We have 2 PRIs so I believe we can handle 48 concurrent calls.
We will be doing a publicity that may generate a very high call volume and would like to be able to see if the incoming calls are maxed out.

ALSO: we are using Nupoint. Is there a max connections to that as well and if so can I see this info?

Thanks :)

Status <PLID>" on the PRI's, or set up traffic reports (though for that you have to wait for the interval to expire to view the report).

On the NuPoint, from a text console (putty session), the "vss" command will show you a real-time view of the ports.

Lundah's response, is correct

PRI's though are 23B channels so only 46 concurrent calls on the 2 PRI's.
As for the Nupoint how many ports are configured?
A quick check is look in the 3300 under hunt groups, find the voicemail hunt group and count the number of members.

You can also often get reports from the carrier supplying the PRI to show you the traffic on the PRI's. If a call is blocked from coming into your system by the carrier you will get no notification regarding that on the MCD. The MCD can only report on what it sees.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
