3300 4.0SP3 5340 resets

I have recently upgraded ICP Cxi to MCD 4.0.

I have a new issue. Some 5340 (not all) resets from time to time.
Some are powered trhu ICP L2 switch, but some from Poe HP switch.

Logs showed me port down error, lost heartbeat server, but nothing really explicit...

Has someone already experienced this ?

Did not experience a similar problem.

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.
