How do I find out whether my windows 2000 is 32 or 64 bit?
 
Windows 2000 does not come in 64 bit. Only windows xp so it is a 32bit os. By the way this is xp forum.

How about windows 2000 server? Could it be 64 bit? system info says
Intel (R) Xeon(TM).

Yup, Windows Advanced Server was released in a 64-bit version.

The 64-bit Win2000 version runs on Itanium cpus, not x86-64 cpus
