31994 Access lost priviledges

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has ever seen this before.

Using Hipath3000 I am trying to update the system time through the online console however I have noticed that the acccess 31994 does not have the 'User Admin' associated with it anymore so I am unable to change the time.

On another site the 'User Admin' is available with 31994 so I have no idea how it was lost.

Does anyone know of a way to recover it back?

That user also does not have the privileges either

You have to open the program using the 18140815
then go to the download section.
In there you will see 'security' and then you can change the password

if you have a admin user setup on the system, this could be user 1 password could be anything.
then the time, date, speed dial, and password settings are under this account.
you need to access through this account.
