3190 User Manual?

Hi All,

As an Avaya system admin I'm new for the Aspect systems. Our company expanded lately and bought a call center dividion using aspect systems. First of all I'm looking for an extended user Manual on the 3190 Teleset.
Can anybody help me out please?

You can download the manual from Aspect's eServices web site.

HardCoal, thnx for your reply. But there's no Service Contract anymore on the Aspect of the company we bought. I don't seem to get access to the eServices Site. I read the terms and don't expect to get access on short notice either.... Anyone?

Check your e-mail. But also go ahead and buy those maintenance contracts. Maybe it will save a few Aspect jobs.
