3 x 8 calling an ACD

I have a 3 x 8 DS system installed and whenever I call to a location that is answered by an ACD I cannot enter ANY choices without the line disconnecting. This is a replacement for a system that went belly up and use to work.
WHAT AM I MISSING?

Check your line settings in config programming as they might be set to pulse instead of tone.

Thanks, that was it. I never thought to check that. You would think in this day and age that tone would be the default

(-: I guess it was just too easy to over look. Once I got on site, I could hear it pulsing.
