3 x 2250 console ,simultaneous landing of i/c call on all.

I have 61c system , customer wants to land any incoming call to all the three 2250 consoles at a time , because operators are sitting at different locations in different rooms , and due to any reasons any one goes out with out keeping its console at night , the athers should be able to attend that calls.
Any one whole had some sort of settins please sharewith me,i shall be thankful to you.

There isn't a way to get the 2250 to present the same call to more than one console, but you can define treatments on delay.

Am I right - The Operators leave SwitchBoards unattended and don't simply busy out beforehand, Isn't that the main issue ?

Other than that Switchboards are design intent, but you may want to introduce Multiple Call Ringing arrangement on digital phones rather than Switchboard/2250 Console

Have to agree. There is no way to get calls to move from one console to another unless the Operator does it.

If you implemented treatment on delay, you'd have to install second phones at each workstation anyways - and if you did that, they'd be answering two phones all the time.

I put 2 x 2616 sets adjacent to each console placed at different places. Now My LDN no is 2000 , when i tried to give this No to my 2616 sets , it is not getting , should it accept as SCR 2000 at any free key of 2616.

If 2000 is an LDN, then you cannot assign it to a phone unless you take it out of LDN.

LDN_DATA is printed in LD21 and changed in LD15

I want to give the same # to 2250 consoles and 2616 , that my both 2250 console are at different rooms , and there is no way to land incoming calls simultaneously at both consoles , so i am placing extra phones (2616) with each console and want to give same attendant # to consoles and 2616 sets,
please tell me how can i do all that
