3 way conference on an ips

I have an nec 2000ips with cp24 and 3900 software. Almost every week I can not do 3 way conference call. The only way I can fix it is by resetting the system. After resetting the system, 3 way conference work for about a week and than it fails. Any help??

Are all your lines PSTN by any chance?

NO, I have 2 PRI T1 circuits.

Next time, before you do the reset try tracing each of the lines using Cmd E8. This should tell us if you are getting a lock up on your trunks.

By the way the easiest way to check this would be to write a script and run it every so often to give you a picture of what is going on.
