3 system SCN

I have a 3 system SCN that has been working. But keeps going down. Last time i had to delete all the SCN programming to make it work again.
The BB links are ok as i can ping all the systems from each site.

Does any one know of any issues? Please help!!!!

They are all 500, 4.2.14 and they are connected VIA VPN.

Is there 1 main site and 2 remotes? If so so u loose connectivity to both remotes? Have you checked your network for issues?

Yes to all. I can ping all the systems from the main sites.

A ping is not a good measure of network connectivity for Voip though.

I should have said the the ip lines work as i have setup short codes. it is only SCN that doesn't.

What are your settings on the IP lines on each site used for SCN,

Faststart Enabled
Out of Band DTMF Enabled
Voice Networking Enabled
H450 Support - H450
Compression Matched on each site

Enable FastStart

Automatic compression means it will try G729 first. If you have sufficient bandwidith, use G711. Othewise set them all to G729. Auto means more negotiations that have to take place to establish communications.

I have set all that up but the remote sites still say not enabled. Any more thoughts as it is doing my box

Is the VPN/firewall blocking UDP port 50795? This is the SCN signalling port.
