I have a meridian XT rls 21. This mornig we had a problem were we would get 3 or 4 incoming calls as Dial-tone to our Console, before getting an actual call. Our temporary solution was to transfer that Dial-tone call to a Station and place it on Hold. We are now back to normal. My question is: How do I trace out this call or Trunk? I've been told that a station on call-forward might be the cause of our problem. Or Something is looping to cause Calls to initiate a Dial-Tone situation. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
