3 Network Computers on 1 DSL connection

My network of 3 computers works fine but I cannot connect all 3 at the same time, only 2 at a time to my DSL service (Bell Sympatico).
The network consists of:
-1 win98se w/NIC
-1 win98se w/Xircom ethernet PC card (XE2000)
-1 winXPpro w/Orinico wireless PC card (Gold)
-1 SMC2655W wireless access point
-1 SMC6405TX EZ Switch 10/100

I have TCP/IP and NetBEUI installed. No ICS. Zonealarm firewall. The 2 win98se machines have WinPoet 2.0 PPPoE installed and XPpro machine is using winXPpppoe.

If anyone has solutions or ideas, thank you in advance.

Is the Wireless Access Point also a DHCP server? IF not, what are you using as a DHCP server?

It is assigned an IP address but I can enable DHCP it will overide the set IP.
All computers have set IP addresses with DHCP off.

I have purchased a SMC7004ABR Router and will be receiving it soon, today or by Friday the 3rd.

so, did you assign public or private IP's? either way it sounds that maybe two has the same IP in it. I know that sounds elementary but I thought I would just ask (you never know)

when you say connect do you mean to the internet or to your network?

is all the computers acting this way? Meaning that if you can only have two on at the same time is always certain ones or any of them?

The SMC7004ABR Router solved eveything: network, security, print-server and connecting to internet all three or more computers.
