3 lim md110 system

hi folks

i have in my customer base 3 lim MD110 system, while dumping it is waiting only at point of GPP unit process.

and dusyi:dump=all; is not going to complete.

any one can help me on this.its out of my memory.

try the command dusyi:print=result;
if it isnt successful may be lim 3 is out of order so print synchronization and group switch if it is used
 
I think a print of the alarms should give you a good indication of whether the lim is out of order [wink]
An allop might also give you clues as to why the dump is failing; disk space for example.
 
GPP is the most common unit to lock up. Try restarting GPP in all Lims. It is either locked up or you may have corruption...

restarted GPP program unit and system dumping is started ahead but at last getting error buffer transfer error in lim 3.
i have restarted gsm & lim3 also but error is same only.

Hi,
I had same problem in the past.
1.) Problem can be based on INM (loaded in one LIM)and INR (all LIM)
Restart this units and try dumping again.
2.) Restart LIM 1 might solve the problem.
(You will loose all changes since last dump.)

you haave 2 RELS, is one valid? have you done FIFTI on the RELs to try and fix? If one is invalid try FICRI on it if FIFTI fails - don't FICRI the valid REL!
